Corey Valerio is currently employed as a video editor at WarnerMedia Studios where he edits promos for all of Warner Bros. Discovery's brands. Growing up, Corey was always enamored with movies, and got his first taste of the tv and film industry when he enrolled in Electronic Media class during his junior year of high school. He fell in love with the storytelling aspect of film, which caught the attention of his teacher who recommended he attend film school in college.
Corey graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2007 with a BFA in Film and Television. Upon graduation Corey interned at a Talent Management Agency in Los Angeles, California where he worked in the literary department evaluating screenplays.
At the end of his internship he was offered a job to return home and hone his skills as an editor at an Atlanta post production house. There he gained important lessons on working on high profile productions that helped lead him to his current position at WarnerMedia..
Corey hopes to continue honing his passion for storytelling as both a Video Editor and Screenwriter.
